Um.. hi there fellow operator... In this space, we'll go over the necessary techniques to improve your business operations. Here you find many forms and functions that will enable great business practices, but first, you must know how to use them.
The concept of the Time Series Chart is really quite straight forward. To fill it in you need only to place the data items in the boxes provided in the correct manor. The trick of this is to add the Y-Value as the numerical unit you like to measure and the X-Value as whatever name label you wish. Example. X-Value: time by Month (Jan, Feb, March), or even the names of people, (Tim, Susan, Yumi.) Example. Y-Value: Sales scores, stock prices, new users added to your services, any numerical entity. Let's say you wanted measure people's completed sales for a given month; simply place the peoples' names in the X-Value text box and their completed sales in the Y-Value.
Pie Chart is even simpler. Just enter the types of whatever delicious pies you are going to bake for me in the 'Label' section, and for the number of them you plan to send me in the Values (you can also think of Value as Units) section 🥧😉. Haha, I'm just kidding, but I think you get the idea.
Ah the Scatter Plot you inquire? Scatter Plot takes just a little more finesse..
Have you heard of kitsune? They are fox spirits in Japanese mythology. Envision the Scatter Plot as the cunning work of a sly kitsune, masterfully laying out a treasure map under the moonlit sky. Each glimmering dot, a twinkling star placed by the fox’s own paws, represents hidden values, treasures of knowledge waiting to be discovered. The fox dances across the landscape, each step marking the position of these stars against the canvas of the night, with one paw in the realm of one secret (let’s call it the horizontal axis) and the other paw in another realm (the vertical axis).
This celestial dance creates a chart, a scatter plot, if you will, revealing the intricate dance of two different numeric variables. Just as a kitsune might observe the shifting winds and the rustling leaves to predict the coming season, we use this plot to gaze into the patterns of these dots, seeking the hidden relationships between the variables they represent.
And just like that, with a flick of its tail, the kitsune unveils the mysteries of the universe, or in this case, the potential connections between our data points. So that's it, hopefully my fox spirit anaology didn't throw you off. Haha well if that's it for now I better get back to work.
